Executive Chef

Will Fincher serves as Executive Chef at Park & Grove and has been with the team for six months, though as he puts it, it feels like forever. He started working in restaurants at 15 years old, and the industry has shaped his career ever since. The kitchen has always been home. 

What fulfills Will most is working alongside genuinely great people and creating food that everyone can enjoy. He believes a strong team is just as important as a strong menu, and that collaboration shows up on every plate that leaves the pass. 

He is especially fond of the current steak set. In his words, “It is just plain good!” Thoughtfully prepared and deeply satisfying, it reflects his approach to cooking. Straightforward, intentional, and rooted in quality. As a sober chef, he also appreciates that the menu offers plenty of non-alcoholic options, ensuring every guest feels considered and included. 

For Will, a memorable guest experience is simple. It is when someone looks at the menu and genuinely cannot decide because everything sounds that good. That moment of excitement and anticipation says it all.
