Meet Trish Figorito, our esteemed General Manager at Park & Grove. With a deep-rooted connection to the neighborhood and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team.

Trish's journey with Park & Grove began when she learned about the opportunity through a mutual friend of Xan (co-owner) and herself. The idea of managing Park & Grove, a place that holds a special place in her heart, filled her with excitement. Having lived in Wagener Terrace for years, Trish frequented Park Café, enjoying daily coffee moments at the bar with both Ruth (co-owner) and Xan during its early days. As a long-time regular at Park Café, she developed a deep appreciation for the space and longed to return as it transitioned to Park & Grove in 2022.

Trish states that the most fulfilling part of her role is building a team culture rooted in support. She believes when a team feels valued and empowered, it naturally translates into a better guest experience. 

One of her favorite dishes on the dinner menu is the Deviled Egg Toast. It is a perfect example of something that feels exciting and a little unexpected. With layered textures and bold flavors in every bite, it captures the creativity of the kitchen while remaining deeply satisfying. 

For Trish, a memorable experience always comes back to genuine warmth and hospitality. When guests feel sincerely welcomed and cared for, everything else falls into place.
