Meet Trish Figorito, our esteemed Senior Service Manager at Park & Grove. With a deep-rooted connection to the neighborhood and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team.

Trish's journey with Park & Grove began when she learned about the opportunity through a mutual friend of Xan (co-owner) and herself. The idea of managing at Park & Grove, a place that holds a special place in her heart, filled her with excitement. Having lived in Wagener Terrace for years, Trish frequented Park Café, enjoying daily coffee moments at the bar with both Ruth (co-owner) and Xan during its early days.

Although Trish recently joined our team, her history with the restaurant goes beyond her official start date. As a long-time regular at Park Café, she developed a deep appreciation for the menu offerings. When it comes to her favorite dishes, Trish adores the farro salad with shrimp for lunch, finding it to be the perfect blend of flavors and textures. For brunch, the smoked salmon toast takes the blue ribbon with its irresistible appeal. And from the dinner menu, she finds herself torn between the savory cavatelli with fennel sausage and the sea scallops with mushrooms, both leaving a lasting impression with their desirable composition.
