Robert Brown serves as Chef de Cuisine at Park & Grove and has been part of the team for nearly two years. Drawn to food and beverage because he loves staying busy and taking care of people, Rob approaches his craft with a simple belief: “People gotta eat, and it should be done well.”
What fulfills him most is knowing he gives everything he has to the food he creates. From sourcing to execution, he takes pride in the details and in delivering a product that reflects effort, consistency, and care.
His favorite dish on the menu is the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. He grills both sides of the bread to create a subtle crunch in the center, a small detail that makes a big difference. Paired with the rich, braised short rib and gooey melted cheese inside, it is the kind of dish that feels both thoughtful and deeply satisfying.
