Molly Bray, Park & Grove's General Manager, from Oxford, United Kingdom graduated in Event Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2015. She then attended Chef School at the The Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy where she met her husband, one of our Sous Chef's at Park & Grove, Derek Kustanbauter. Next, they decided to move back to the states and quickly took the leap to Charleston, SC where we welcomed them home to Park & Grove! During this time they fell in love with all things Sourdough and started Farina Bakery. They began selling fresh and “proper” bread as Molly would say across the city and now make our bread in-house! The English muffins under the Fried Oyster Benedict… yep that’s them! The cinnamon coated irresistible donuts… yep that’s them! The sourdough… them again and now we’re now welcoming bagels & sticky buns to the menu with open mouths… we mean arms!
