Dargan Kirby is our Service Manager. He’s bright, energetic, and brings 16+ years of industry experience to our beloved seasonal eatery. With a background working with small neighborhood bistros, on the impressionable Kiawah Island, and a love for seasonal bounty, we knew he was the man for the job. When interviewed Dargan stated “I wanted to work somewhere with a dynamic menu that showcased local bounty and when I stumbled across Park & Grove, I knew this was the place for me.” His favorite lunch curation is the Farro Salad with pink eyed peas, butterbeans, haricots vert, feta cheese, & cider vinaigrette and turns to one of our seasonal salads like the Beet Salad once the clock strikes 5pm.
