Derek Kustanbauter joined the Park & Grove team in the Fall of 2022 and quickly became one of our full-time Sous Chefs. He attended Chef School at the The Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy where he met his wife, our General Manager, Molly Bray. Molly and Derek together, are the masterminds behind our in-house bread program. They freshly bake all of our sourdough, english muffins, biscuits, bagels, donuts, & sticky buns! Derek has been in the industry for just over 10 years and we are so lucky to have him on our team! In his free time, you can find him cooking pasta carbonara and experimenting with new recipes for all things sourdough!
