Cliff Arnold serves as Chef de Cuisine at Park & Grove and has been part of the team for nearly two years. What drew him to food and beverage was the opportunity to build new and lasting connections within the community. For Cliff, the kitchen is not just about cooking. It is about bringing people together.
The most fulfilling part of his work is seeing guests’ faces after their first bite. That immediate reaction says everything. It is a reminder that thoughtful ingredients, technique, and care truly matter.
His current favorite menu item is the Little Gem Salad, Park & Grove’s bold answer to the traditional Caesar. Bright, balanced, and packed with flavor; it stands confidently on its own and has quickly become a standout on the menu.
Cliff believes a memorable experience starts with a warm and welcoming dining room, paired with the energy of the service team and the incredible flavors coming out of the kitchen. When those elements align, every visit becomes something special.
