Amelia Ellis is the Beverage Director at Park & Grove where she leads the cocktail and beverage program with a focus on seasonality, balance, and thoughtful hospitality. Known for her collaborative approach behind the bar, Amelia brings together technique and creativity to craft drinks that complement the kitchen while standing confidently on their own. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, intentional sourcing, and the role beverages play in creating memorable dining experiences. Amelia has also proudly participated in the Charleston Wine + Food Festival for the last three years.
